About Chef Biondi
The experience of cooking alongside my Italian Great Grandma as a child, led me to Culinary School. Over the last decade, my love of food has fueled my career. From the front of the house, to the back of the house, from Corporate Training, to R & D, traveling the country to source fresh, flavorful, high quality ingredients, at competitive price points, are an integral part of the Chef I am today. The joy of sharing my passion for food is in our family DNA. Each of my 4 children enjoy the creative process of cooking. Each of them have distinct preferences for various cuisines and flavors, much as customers do in restaurants. Delivering satisfaction to each customer by meeting their expectations and flavor preferences consistently, affordably, and with high quality ingredients, remains paramount in what drives me in this field. But nothing is more gratifying than “giving the gift of food” in my local community of Atlanta. Volunteering with “No Kids Hungry” and “Share our Strength” have been truly inspiring. Actively participating in the “Taste of Atlanta”, “Taste of Alpharetta” and “Taste of Charlotte”, have also fueled my passion to share my love of the Culinary Arts.
